Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Facility Operations & Security to support and manage provider-related applications and facility security systems within a regulated healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in provider application support, facility security platforms, incident management, and healthcare compliance standards, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to critical services.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Application Support

• Monitor and support provider-related applications including:
• Credentialing systems
• Network management systems
• Provider portals
• Manage provider onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment workflows
• Handle incident resolution and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure minimal disruption to provider services
• Support deployment activities and coordinate application releases
• Maintain and manage test environments

Facility Operations & Security Systems

• Provide hands-on support for facility security and operational platforms such as:
• LenelS2
• Milestone Systems
• MobileView
• AeroScout
• Omnigo Software
• Keystone Technologies
• Support video management systems (VMS)
• Work with IoT-based tracking and real-time location systems (RTLS)
• Troubleshoot integrations between facility applications and enterprise systems

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including:
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
• National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
• Maintain data integrity and security standards
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements

Technical & Integration Responsibilities

• Work with integration tools, APIs, and web services
• Support system interoperability across facility and provider applications
• Assist with cloud-based and SaaS security platform implementations
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience supporting provider-related applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with facility security and operational systems
• Strong experience in incident management and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with video management systems and IoT-based tracking solutions
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance standards
• Experience with integration tools, APIs, and web services
• Exposure to cloud architecture and SaaS-based security systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare enterprise environments
• Knowledge of change management and release coordination
• ITIL or relevant certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹362,276.44 - ₹895,363.06 per year
