About the Role


As a Facility Operations Specialist , you will ensure seamless, efficient, and brand-standard execution of facility, cleaning, and operational processes across Kolektif House locations. By managing cleaning teams and outsourced service providers, you will aim to enhance member satisfaction and secure the sustainability of on-site operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and oversee the daily workflow of all on-site operations.
  • Prepare shift schedules, assign tasks to cleaning teams, and evaluate their performance.
  • Ensure outsourced cleaning and support services comply with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Report inspection outcomes to upper management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports.
  • Supervise on-site staff, monitor task completion, and identify training needs.
  • Support practices that boost team motivation and maintain fair task allocation.
  • Uphold hygiene and order standards across locations to maximize member satisfaction.
  • Identify improvement areas and propose process enhancements.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning and consumable materials effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are applied within cleaning and operational activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and take necessary preventive measures.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 4–5 years of experience in facility management, cleaning services, or field operations.
  • Proven experience in team management, planning, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing outsourced service providers and contracts.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work pace and actively participate in on-site operations.
