Key Responsibilities
1.Property Operations Management
· Ensure properties are maintained to standard and compliant with legal regulations.
· Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations
· Ensure collections are up to mark as per eligibility.
· Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
· Ensure lease agreements are current and renewals are managed in time.
· Ensure Constructions are in swing as per approved drawings.
2. Complaint Management
· Handle resident’s queries, complaints, and conflict resolution.
· Conduct property inspections and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
· Conduct feedback sessions on regular basis to understand customer’s pains, grievances and area of improvements.
3.Financial Management
· Prepare and manage yearly budgets for each property.
· Track collections, manage arrears, and ensure timely deposits.
· Generate financial and operational reports.
4.Leasing & Occupancy
· Work with the leasing team to minimize vacancies.
· Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals.
· Assist in marketing vacant units if needed.
· Conduct events to promote property and customer engagements.
5.Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure properties comply with local real estate laws and safety standards.
· Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, maintenance, and tenant interactions.
6.Customer Satisfaction
· Enhance tenant experience by ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Implement customer service standards and improvement plans.
7. Leading Maintenance Activities
· Preparing maintenance calendar as per OEM recommendations.
· Implement and follow checklist in accordance to maintenance calendar and updating software’s for records.
· Ensuring proper AMC’s are in place for proper serviceability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
· Having Technical degree in Mechanical OR Electrical.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
