Facility Security - High Rock Security

About the Role

High Rock Security is seeking reliable and professional Security Agents for corporate, commercial, and facility-based assignments. These positions are located in indoor & outdoor environments and require a strong commitment to punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to site-specific protocols.

Security Agents in this role are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment while representing High Rock Security with integrity and professionalism.

Work Environment

Assignments are typically:

  • Indoor or fixed-location facilities
  • Scheduled shifts with defined start and end times
  • Structured environments with established procedures

Security Agents are expected to follow strict protocols specific to each facility and maintain consistent standards throughout their shift.

This role is best suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured systems.

Onboarding Process

Applicants will apply through our website and receive an email to schedule an interview. After completing the interview process, selected candidates will receive onboarding paperwork and a welcome email.

  • Applicants with a valid Guard Card will be eligible for scheduling after onboarding
  • Applicants without a Guard Card will be guided through our in-house Guard Card process, including training and required documentation

Additional site-specific training will be provided prior to assignment.

Requirements

Security Agents must:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Security Guard license for the state in which they work (may be referred to as a Guard Card or Work Card)
  • Comply with all training requirements required by BSIS

Abilities & Expectations

Security Agents must be able to:

  • Observe, document, and report incidents accurately
  • Remain alert and attentive for the duration of each shift
  • Follow written and verbal instructions precisely
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift
  • Refrain from personal cell phone use unless required for work-related tasks

Job Functions

Security Agents will generally:

  • Control access to facilities
  • Monitor interior spaces and assigned posts
  • Enforce facility rules and client policies
  • Document incidents and submit reports as required
  • Respond appropriately to alarms, safety concerns, or emergencies
  • Coordinate with management, emergency personnel, and law enforcement as necessary
  • Maintain assigned equipment in proper working condition
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
