We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable HR Cum Admin Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of our factory operations and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both HR functions and factory/facility management, including vendor coordination, compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Monitor and maintain office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement activities.
- Support in travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations in the workplace.
- Assist in managing petty cash, facility bills, and expense records.
- Provide general administrative support to the management and employees.
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support activities
- Assist in onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of facility management and administration practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years ( HR and Factory Administration)
