Factory Assistant Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain records, reports, and inventory documentation
- Assist with order processing, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support management with planning and operational execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Experience in the automotive or accessories industry is an advantage
