Factory Assistant Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational and administrative activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain records, reports, and inventory documentation
  • Assist with order processing, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Support management with planning and operational execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Experience in the automotive or accessories industry is an advantage
