Key Accountabilities Core
- Accurately input data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets based on source documents or instructions.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data is readily accessible and up-to-date.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data privacy protocols are followed.
- Assist in generating reports, summaries, and other data related tasks as needed.
- Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data or resolve issues.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks in accordance with deadlines.
- Use software tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems) to manage and organise data effectively.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry, administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
- 1 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or other data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency and quality.
Skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
