Factory Foreman (HVAC Production)

• Supervision & Training: Directing, training, mentoring, and evaluating production staff, ensuring clear instructions and skill development.
• Production Planning: Organizing work, creating schedules, allocating tasks, and adjusting workflow for timely completion.
• Quality Control: Inspecting work, ensuring adherence to specifications, and implementing continuous improvement.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforcing safety regulations, training on equipment, and mitigating risks in a safe work environment.
• Resource Management: Ensuring adequate staffing, materials, and equipment, monitoring inventory, and minimizing waste.
• Reporting & Communication: Documenting production data, reporting progress, and collaborating with other departments.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues, resolving operational bottlenecks, and addressing equipment malfunctions.
• Making Production Report and update Sales Team.
• Well Spoken and Good Personality

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
