Job Description – Factory HR Executive

Experience: 4–6 years (preferably in manufacturing / factory environment)
Role Overview:
The Factory HR Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground HR operations,
statutory compliance, employee relations, and supporting the overall HR processes at the
Casallo production facility. The role ensures a compliant, disciplined, and engaged workforce
while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and ID creation for factory
employees.
- Maintain and update employee master data, personnel files, and HR records.
- Ensure seamless coordination for new joiners and support on-ground integration.
- Assist with exit formalities, clearances, and final settlements.
2. Time Office Management
- Oversee attendance, biometric data, shift rosters, overtime capture, and daily/weekly
reconciliation.
- Track absenteeism, leave balances, late coming, and disciplinary patterns.
- Prepare and share monthly HR inputs with the central HR/payroll team within
timelines.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages,
etc.).
- Maintain statutory registers, licence renewals, compliance documentation, and audit
readiness.
- Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and inspections.
- Monitor contractor compliance: deployment, attendance, wage sheets, PF/ESI
documentation.
4. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for factory employees.
- Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and counselling where needed.
- Ensure workplace discipline and address behavioural concerns promptly.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
5. Training & Development Support
- Organise and track mandatory training programs (safety training, POSH, induction,
skill development).
- Maintain training records and coordinate with functional leads for skill enhancement
programs.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance
- Ensure all employees follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and shopfloor discipline.
- Maintain accident/incident records, support investigations, and drive corrective
actions.
- Liaise with safety officers for fire drills, emergency response, and safety audits.
7. Factory Discipline and Policy Compliance
- Manage disciplinary actions for violations (warning letters, suspension
recommendations, etc.).
- Ensure strict compliance with all factory policies related to attendance, mobile usage
on the shopfloor, conduct, break timings, PPE and uniform adherence.
- Maintain zero-tolerance records on workplace misconduct, theft, or safety violations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of factory HR processes and labour law compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and positively influence blue-collar workforce
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools preferred
- High sense of ownership, integrity, and urgency
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- PG Diploma in HR / IR is an added advantage
- Experience in manufacturing/production setup preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
