- Source candidates through recruitment agencies.
- Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed.
- Provide administrative support
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc
- Coordinating between Employee & PF Consultant.
- Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues- union & non-union employees
- Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.
- Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents
- Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions
Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate/ Diploma/PGDM in HR
- Prior experience in working with union and non-union employees
- Good time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Marathi
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
