Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Incharge with strong joinery and woodworking background to oversee factory operations, production planning, manpower, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day joinery factory operations.
• Supervise production teams, machine operators, and carpenters.
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor quality standards and site/client requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, store, and project teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
• Maintain workplace safety and factory discipline.
• Track production progress and prepare daily reports.
• Handle factory maintenance and machine coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in joinery/fit-out manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production, woodworking machines, and factory operations.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate production accordingly.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in UAE/GCC joinery industry preferred.
