Factory In-Charge – Wooden Joinery

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory In-Charge – Wooden Joinery to oversee daily factory operations, production planning, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of wooden joinery works, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage complete factory operations for wooden joinery production
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained at every stage of production
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Manage factory staff including carpenters, polishers, machine operators, and helpers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Handle machinery maintenance and coordinate repairs when required
• Prepare production reports and update management regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in wooden joinery or interior fit-out industry
• Proven experience as Factory In-Charge / Production Manager in joinery
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, finishes, hardware, and machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in UAE is preferred
