Overview

Job Description

• Collaborate in setting organizational objectives, strategies, and annual plans and budgets, and oversee their proper execution.

• Participate in developing production operational plans, ensure clear communication, and monitor their implementation.

• Coordinate the preparation of maintenance and repair plans and supervise their execution across departments.

• Oversee cooperation between subordinate departments and quality control teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

• Support the development of human resources policies, procedures, and programs, and supervise their application.

• Ensure the implementation of quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards across operations.

• Supervise and coordinate activities related to material planning and warehouse operations.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement processes and coordination.

• Understanding of quality standards related to management and QHSE systems.

• Basic familiarity with sales operations and commercial coordination.

• Strong ability to build teams and work collaboratively.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical and evaluation abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach.
