Job Description: We are looking for a professional Factory Manager or Factory Operations Manager with strong experience in managing industrial operations, capable of leading work teams, ensuring quality control, improving productivity, and reducing costs while adhering to operational and health standards, preparing periodic reports for senior management, solving operational problems, and making decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a factory or managing the operation of production lines.

University degree in Industrial Engineering.

Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
