Overview

Job Description

  • Support in setting organizational goals, strategies, annual plans, and budgets, and assist in monitoring their execution.

  • Participate in preparing production operational plans and ensure proper coordination and follow-up of their implementation.

  • Assist in planning and supervising maintenance and repair activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate with quality control teams to support quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR-related policies, guidelines, and programs.

  • Ensure adherence to management, safety, environmental, and occupational health quality standards.

  • Support planning and coordination related to materials management and warehouse operations.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering preferred).

  • Basic understanding of procurement and supply processes.

  • Knowledge of quality standards related to management and QHSE.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and cross-department coordination.

  • Strong teamwork and team-building skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
