Factory & Operations Manager

We are seeking Factory & Operations Managerl to join a growing business operation in Africa. The selected candidate will work closely with the owner to support end-to-end management of both factory operations and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end factory and operational activities.
• Manage supply chain, including sourcing and procurement of raw materials.
• Plan and supervise production processes to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor and control inventory levels.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align production with demand.
• Manage labor and workforce operations within the factory.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining quality standards.
• Act as a key support to the owner in strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Strong financial background with practical understanding of business operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
• 3–4 years of experience in a mid-management role (preferably in finance).
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in factory or production management.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations will be highly preferred.
