Joinery Factory Production Manager & Site Coordinator with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in joinery manufacturing, factory production management, and site coordination. Highly skilled in project planning, AutoCAD joinery drawings, and managing complete joinery works from design to installation. Proven ability to deliver high-quality joinery projects on time and within specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise factory production operations for joinery works, ensuring efficiency and quality control
- Coordinate effectively between factory, site teams, and project stakeholders
- Attend and contribute to project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare and manage project planning schedules and production timelines
- Develop, review, and execute AutoCAD joinery shop drawings
- Ensure complete technical understanding and execution of joinery items, including:
- Doors (solid wood, veneer, laminate, fire-rated)
- Wardrobes
- Cabinets and customized joinery works
- Oversee material procurement, cutting lists, production, finishing, and installation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report project status to management
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (Joinery shop drawings & detailing)
- Joinery production planning & workflow management
- Site coordination & installation supervision
- Knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and hardware
