Factory QC Engineer

• To conduct Quality Tests on incoming goods like uPVC Profiles, Reinforcements, Accessories, Hardware and other Factory Consumables used in uPVC and Aluminium Doors and Windows fabrication as per the QC Check Sheets issued.
• Maintain records of all accepted and rejected items at Incoming Goods Inspection point.
• To set up a clear methodology for repair / rectification or return of defective goods with the concerned vendor.
• To conduct QC Tests to assure the continued Quality of all throughput at various checkpoints and maintaining adequate records clearly showing the trouble areas and points of origination of common defects.
• Work in Progress QC Checks would include random checks at Cutting, Manual Machining, Welding, Cleaning and Hardware Assembly.
• To keep an ongoing Roving QC Check at random points in the production process and to stop further processing if a rejection is detected at a checkpoint.
• To conduct a detailed check of all Finished Goods in as produced and also, as installed condition.
• To issue a final QC Check / OK Sticker and also check if the Unique ID Code Sticker is properly and prominently fixed on the window surface for easy visibility at site.
• To check the packing quality and ascertain that packing and adequately secured loading is done properly.
• To maintain all QC Records in a predefined and orderly method.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
