Factory Supervisor

The Factory Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the production floor. This position ensures that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, producing products that meet the company’s quality standards. The supervisor is responsible for managing a team of production workers, scheduling shifts, monitoring productivity levels, and implementing safety measures. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.
• Ensure all production processes are completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and control manufacturing performance and quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to set production goals and timelines.
• Train and mentor production staff to improve competence and morale.
• Resolve production issues and optimize workflows for better efficiency.
• Prepare and submit detailed production reports and activity logs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely equipment servicing.
• Assess and forecast equipment and personnel resource requirements.
• Implement cost-saving measures to maximize budgeted production levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of supervisory experience in Factory Production
• Proven experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team supervision.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical competencies.
• Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
