Factory Supervisor – Contracting Industry

We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in the contracting industry to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong leadership, workflow coordination, and the ability to maintain efficiency while meeting project deadlines. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations and workforce.
• Ensure production quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams for materials and schedules.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Keep basic production records and ensure workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Factory Supervisor (contracting industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
