Factory Supervisor / Operations Assistant

Linex Design and Interiors is looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Supervisor / Operations Assistant to manage daily factory operations and assist with site coordination. This role combines factory supervision, logistics support, and on-site assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods, materials, and staff as required.
- Supervise factory staff and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the factory.
- Coordinate with management on raw materials, supplies, maintenance, and production schedules.
- Handle delivery documentation, challans, and records accurately.
- Assist with loading/unloading of materials and perform basic quality checks when required.
- Support site supervision and coordination between factory and project sites.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have UAE driving licence prefferably manual
- Previous experience in factory supervision, operations, or a similar role (preferred).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or interior fit-out works.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Awareness of workplace safety standards.
- Valid driving license and confidence in driving for official duties.
- Willingness to assist with physical work when needed.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and solve operational issues independently.
Other Details
- Vehicle and fuel expenses will be provided by the company.
- Full-time position.
- Salary: To be discussed based on experience.
