Factory Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians, welders, fabricators, and installers in day-to-day HVAC production and installation activities.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment required for manufacturing or site work.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and equipment within the factory or project site.
• Perform basic cleaning, grinding, polishing, or cutting tasks under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, machines, and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
• Support in packing, labeling, and preparing HVAC products for delivery.
• Assist in routine maintenance checks of machines and tools as directed.
• Carry out other general duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school education or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience as a helper in manufacturing, construction, or HVAC industry is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Physically fit to handle lifting, carrying, and manual labor tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop practices is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take on multiple support tasks.
• Team player with a positive and disciplined attitude.

Work Conditions:

• Factory and/or project site environment.
• Requires physical stamina and ability to work in hot, noisy, or confined spaces.
• May involve overtime and work on weekends/holidays as per project needs.
