Factory Worker

Factory workers/helpers support the production process by assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and handling of construction chemicals. They ensure smooth operations, maintain workplace safety, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the factory.

• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of chemicals.
• Fill, seal, and label containers (bags, drums, cans) with finished products.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct quantity and packaging standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Dispose of waste materials safely according to company policy.
• Basic understanding of factory operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
