Factory Worker/ Helper

Job Summary

A Factory Helper assists in daily production and warehouse operations within the cosmetics manufacturing facility. The role includes supporting machine operators, packing products, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring smooth production activities while following company safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and packing of cosmetic products.
• Prepare raw materials, bottles, cartons, labels, and packaging materials.
• Support machine operators during manufacturing and filling operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials within the factory.
• Ensure products are packed properly according to company standards.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Help with inventory arrangement and warehouse organization.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and keep workstations clean.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or production manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials when required.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
