FACULTY A/C MECHANIC

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Diploma AC Mechanic Faculty to train and guide students in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge along with the ability to teach theory and hands-on skills effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theory and practical training in AC & Refrigeration

Demonstrate installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AC systems

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments

Guide students for practical exams and industry readiness

Maintain workshop tools and lab equipment

Ensure safety standards during practical sessions

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in AC, Refrigeration, or related field

2–3years of hands-on industry experience

Teaching experience preferred

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students
