Data Science Faculty / TrainerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Data Science Faculty to teach, mentor, and guide students in data-driven concepts, analytical techniques, and real-world applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong theoretical knowledge with hands-on industry experience in Data Science and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and/or online lectures in Data Science
• Teach core subjects including:
• Data Science fundamentals
• Python / R for Data Analysis
• Statistics & Probability
• Data Visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau)
• Machine Learning algorithms
• SQL & Database Management
• Big Data basics (Hadoop, Spark – optional)
• Design curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and lab exercises
• Guide students in live projects, capstone projects, and case studies
• Evaluate student performance through exams, quizzes, and project reviews
• Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends
• Mentor students for internships, placements, and career growth
• Maintain academic and training documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• PhD in relevant domain (preferred for senior faculty roles)
• Industry-recognized Data Science certifications are a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, teaching, or related roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) or R
• Experience with Machine Learning models and evaluation techniques
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and dashboards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹58,039.22 per month
