Job Title: Marketing Faculty / Assistant Professor – Marketing

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Marketing Faculty to teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate management courses. The role involves delivering marketing subjects, mentoring students, supporting academic activities, and contributing to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach marketing subjects (Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, etc.)
• Prepare lesson plans, study material, and assessments
• Mentor students for projects, internships, and career guidance
• Participate in examinations, academic reviews, and college activities
• Engage in research, workshops, and faculty development programs

Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing (mandatory)

Experience:

• Freshers (min 3 years) or candidates with teaching/industry experience in marketing
• Industry exposure is an added advantage

Skills:

• Strong communication and subject knowledge
• Student-centric teaching approach
• Ability to integrate real-world marketing cases

Salary:

• As per institutional norms

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
