We're Hiring: Lecturer – Management Sciences (Human Resources)

The University of South Asia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources to join our academic team at the Cantt Campus, Lahore.

This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals committed to academic excellence, innovative teaching, and student development.

Position: Lecturer – Management Sciences (HR Specialization)
Location: Cantt Campus, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Working Schedule: 5 days per week | 40 hours per week
Salary: PKR 70,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Human Resource Management and related courses
• Engage students through modern, interactive, and practical teaching approaches
• Integrate AI tools and technologies into teaching methodology to enhance learning outcomes
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional growth
• Contribute to curriculum development, departmental initiatives, and academic activities

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of education in Management Sciences with specialization in Human Resource Management
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to incorporate AI-driven tools and digital learning methods into teaching
• Passion for research, innovation, and academic excellence
