Role Purpose: The Faculty – Accounting will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate Commerce courses, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures in subjects such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Taxation, Business Law, Economics, and Auditing.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic content as per curriculum.
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
• Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and presentations.
• Provide academic counselling and mentoring.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and accreditation activities.
• Encourage research, publications, and professional development.

Qualification & Skills

· M.com / B.com / MBA (fin.& marketing).

· Minimum 1+ years of teaching experience in Commerce subjects at college or coaching level.

· Freshers can also apply.

· Ability to plan and deliver engaging lectures with effective classroom management skills.

· Good communication, mentoring, and student guidance skills.

Salary: 15000–20000 (+ incentives).
