Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Multimedia Faculty member with expertise in Blender to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, animation, rendering, and visual effects using Blender, along with the ability to train and mentor students in multimedia and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and train students in Blender software covering modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and simulation.
• Develop engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and practical assignments aligned with industry standards.
• Guide students through project-based learning and portfolio development.
• Stay updated with the latest multimedia and animation trends, ensuring training material remains relevant.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their skill growth.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty to maintain high teaching standards.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and creative competitions to enhance student learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Animation, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Blender and other multimedia/3D design tools.
• Prior teaching/training experience in multimedia, animation, or design preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
