Our training methodology is hands-on, practical, and placement-driven. We are expanding our faculty team for our Logistics & Supply Chain Management division.

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty for Logistics & Supply Chain Management to deliver high-quality training to students, ensuring they gain strong industry competencies and become job-ready for various logistics roles across India and abroad.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

• Deliver interactive theory and practical sessions on Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Transportation, Export-Import, and related subjects.
• Teach concepts such as Incoterms 2020, Documentation, Customs Procedures, Inventory Management, 3PL/4PL, Port Operations, E-commerce Logistics, etc.
• Use case studies, real-time examples, and industry tools to enhance learning.

Curriculum & Academic Duties

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and student progress reports.
• Assist in updating and improving curriculum based on industry trends.
• Guide students through assignments, projects, and mock interviews.

Student Support & Mentoring

• Provide one-on-one academic support and career guidance.
• Train students to meet placement standards through soft skills and job readiness sessions.
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.

Industry Interaction

• Coordinate with placement teams for student employability.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and industry collaboration activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Industry or as a Faculty/Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Logistics & Transport Operations
• Warehouse Management
• Export-Import Documentation
• Supply Chain Planning
• Port & Shipping Processes
• E-commerce Logistics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain (e.g., CILT, CII, APS).
• Experience using ERP/WMS/TMS tools.
• Ability to mentor freshers with patience and motivation.
• Bilingual training ability (English + Malayalam) preferred.
