Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching and Instruction
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in logistics, supply chain management, operations, procurement, and related subjects.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
- Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning.
- Ensure the curriculum reflects current trends, digital tools, and sustainability practices in logistics.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
2. Curriculum and Course Development
- Participate in the development, review, and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain programs.
- Integrate modern technologies such as ERP systems, warehouse management software, data analytics, and e-commerce logistics.
- Align course content with accreditation requirements and industry certifications (e.g., CILT, APICS, CSCMP).
3. Student Mentorship and Support
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career development paths in logistics and supply chain management.
- Guide students in project work, research, and internships.
- Promote professional ethics, teamwork, and leadership skills among students.
4. Industry and Professional Engagement
- Maintain professional relationships with logistics firms, freight forwarders, and supply chain organizations.
- Facilitate guest lectures, field trips, and internships to expose students to real-world logistics operations.
- Stay current with industry practices, global trends, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, sustainability in supply chains).
5. Administrative and Institutional Duties
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and course documentation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and institutional development activities.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and curriculum review processes.
