Requirements:

• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning.
• Passion for coaching competitive exams (Banking, SSC, RRB NTPC) preferred.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures to undergraduate students.
• Teach according to the institute’s curriculum using innovative pedagogical methods.
• Prepare and conduct interactive classes including lectures, discussions, exercises, and related academic content.
• Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall academic success of students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
• Must have appeared in any Public Sector Recruitment exam conducted in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
