Incubenation is building India’s first Startup School inside Startup Park – a 3-month intensive transformation program for entrepreneurs, CEOs, and aspiring business leaders. Role Overview

We are looking for a Faculty & Mentor – Operations to join our core team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. You will be responsible for guiding entrepreneurs on building scalable, efficient operations — from structuring teams and processes to managing growth challenges and operational risks.

This role is not just classroom teaching – it’s about shaping founders into strong operators, helping them master execution, discipline, and systems thinking to scale their startups effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach & Facilitate: Deliver practical sessions on business operations – organizational design, process optimization, supply chain basics, scaling operations, and building systems.
• Mentor Participants: Work with founders to structure their workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design processes that support growth.
• Curriculum Development: Create case studies, simulations, and real-world assignments on execution, operations, and management.
• Hands-on Support: Provide one-on-one mentorship during project hours to help participants solve operational challenges in their startups.
• Collaborate: Partner with other faculty (Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Tech, R&D) to ensure integrated learning.
• Contribute to Demo Day: Guide founders in presenting execution-readiness (ops playbooks, team/org charts, growth readiness) alongside their business pitches.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or startup leadership roles.
• Experience as a founder, COO, or operations leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scaling processes, systems design, and lean execution.
• Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and helping founders become disciplined operators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
