Our client NOVA Finance is looking for a Faisalabad Intern in Faisalabad.

As a Brand Ambassador Intern at Nova Finance, you represent the company directly at client locations, serving as the primary liaison between the organization and corporate employees. You actively engage with employees to introduce and promote Nova Finance's Earned Wage Access (EWA) mobile application, helping users seamlessly download, register, and understand the apps features. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, as well as a professional approach to interacting with clients in a corporate environment. The internship offers valuable exposure to the rapidly evolving fintech industry and opportunities to develop interpersonal and technical abilities through on-site customer engagement. In this position, you will work on-site at clients offices, providing demonstrations and support to enhance app adoption rates among employees. You will be responsible for monitoring daily engagement activities, reporting progress, and collecting feedback on employee experiences related to the product. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, tech-savvy business graduates based in Faisalabad who enjoy meeting new people and can adapt to working independently in diverse and dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with client employees during scheduled hours to introduce the Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution and clearly explain its benefits.
• Assist employees with downloading the mobile app, guiding them through the registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process smoothly and accurately.
• Demonstrate app features with clarity, ensuring users understand how to access their earned wages instantly through the application.
• Maintain consistent records of daily app downloads and interactions with employees, providing detailed feedback on overall employee sentiment to the Lahore headquarters.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing Nova Finance at various high-profile corporate client sites.
• Adapt communication style to suit varying levels of technical knowledge among client employees, ensuring all questions are addressed comprehensively.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the EWA product to confidently respond to user inquiries and facilitate successful app adoption.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and corporate clients to ensure alignment with outreach goals and immediate resolution of any onsite challenges.
• Apply strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently balance engagement targets and reporting duties throughout the internship.
• Act as a reliable and trustworthy company ambassador, upholding the values and reputation of Nova Finance in all client interactions.
