Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with purchases
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Care for and maintain plants to ensure quality and health
• Keep the store neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Assist with merchandising and organizing seasonal displays
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Interest in plants, gardening, or retail experience is required
• Availability to work weekends during peak season

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
