Family Activities Manager

As Family Activities Manager, you will take ownership of the club’s family and children’s offering, creating a standout programme that enhances the overall member experience while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

You will:

• Curate a premium schedule of children’s activities, holiday camps, family-focused events and swimming programs.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with member families, delivering a personalised and attentive service
• Lead and inspire a team of childcare and activity professionals to deliver best-in-class experiences
• Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are rigorously upheld
• Maintain immaculate, well-organised, and welcoming family spaces
• Drive engagement and revenue through thoughtfully designed programmes and offerings

About You
You are a confident and composed leader with a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for families within a high-end environment.

You will bring:

• A recognised childcare qualification (Level 3 or above or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a premium health club, luxury hospitality, or private members’ environment
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety standards
• A natural ability to build rapport with both children and parents
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• A professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand
