General Responsibilities (varies by role)

• Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning
• Follow family routines
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and light meal prep
• Supervise playtime and activities
• Keep children’s areas clean and safe
• Provide transportation when needed
• Support household tasks like errands, laundry, and organization
• Housekeeping

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional family assistant experience
• Minimum 2 years childcare experience
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain) - for nanny positions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Two childcare references (for nanny positions) / two references that are non-family
• Ability to pass a background check

Family Assistant / Afternoon Nanny

Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM–5:00 PM (25 hours needed, but will offer 40 hours to someone who is a great fit)
Pay: $25-$32/hour (based on experience)
Children: One 18-month-old

Family offers PTO, Paid Holidays, & Gas reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Afternoon care for toddler
• Age-appropriate activities and play
• Grocery shopping and inventory
• Scheduling appointments
• Coordinating vendors
• Errands and light personal assistant tasks
