• Charge(s): F, 12 years old
• Hours: **Flexibility will be required, schedule will be given in advance.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 40
• Paid Time Off Benefits: Nanny will earn 40 hours of paid time off every 6 months; or, 80 hours per year. PTO may be used for any reason, including; vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. In addition to, 6 paid federal holidays which fall on the nanny’s normal Monday-Friday working day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

• Driving Required: Yes, nanny car will be provided while nanny is working

• Estimated Starting Job Compensation: $85,000 a year DOE paid on a W-2
• Projected start date: As soon as possible

Nanny Job Requirements:

• Nanny will be required to; tidy up the house throughout the day to keep the household

running smoothly and efficiently. Making sure things are put back as they were before

they got there. Resetting the home by, unloading and reloading the dishwasher, general organization, etc.

• Nanny should be active with charge. Taking her for walks around the neighborhood (weather permitting), playing in the yard, taking them to the library, museums, parks, etc.
• Nanny must have a safe, reliable vehicle to drive to and from work.
• Nanny must be comfortable swimming.
• Nanny should be comfortable prepping meals for the charge and family on occasion.
• Nanny may NOT take pictures of charge or home at any time, privacy is extremely important.
• Nanny will keep up with the charges’ developmental needs and update her schedule accordingly.
• Nanny must have a current passport and be willing to travel internationally and domestically, often. Nanny will be required to join the family on all trips.
• Nanny should be able to keep the children on their daily schedule/routine.
• Nanny should have a good understanding of healthy eating habits and encourage charge to eat a healthy diet. Sugar must be limited to special occasions.
• Phones and other electronics use should be limited while nanny is working.
• Nanny should encourage good manners, a positive attitude, and good listening with charge.
• Nanny will keep track of charges’ needs and communicate with the family to order what is needed.
• Nanny will research and enroll charge in sports/activities and coordinate pick-up/drop-off times.
• Nanny should provide educational resources for charge and able to assist with homework. All homework should be completed and organized in backpack for the next school day.
• Nanny must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
• Nanny must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Nanny must have a current CPR and first aid certification.
• Nanny must abide by a no smoking and no vaping policy at all times.
