Family Assistant / Household Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (16 hours/week)
Compensation: $25/hour

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining light household support, family assistance, and occasional childcare. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to anticipate needs without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, kitchen reset)
• Laundry (wash, fold, occasional organization)
• Basic meal prep (simple, healthy meals)
• School pickup and transportation for children
• Running occasional errands (groceries, returns, etc.)
• Helping maintain an organized, calm home environment

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience as a family assistant, nanny, or house manager
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Proactive and self-directed (doesn’t need micromanaging)
• Comfortable around children and able to engage appropriately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
