Family Assistant-Private Residence

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Family Assistant to support a busy family in managing daily routines and caring for children of various ages. Duties

• Perform daily household chores including cleaning, laundry, organizing toys and supplies to maintain a tidy living space
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including preschool and school-aged kids.
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, dressing, and activities ensuring a nurturing environment
• Support educational activities, playtime, and developmental milestones through engaging teaching and interaction
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Work with children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and providing compassionate support

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare work or preschool teaching
• Knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate activities
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and family needs while maintaining professionalism
