Baron Family Law is expanding and seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney who can step into complex, high-stakes matters with confidence, high-net-worth asset division, custody disputes, and high-profile/celebrity-adjacent cases where discretion, strategy, and courtroom strength matter.
This role is ideal for an attorney who wants more than “case handling.” We are looking for a leader who sets the tone in litigation, delivers an exceptional client experience, and helps elevate the team through strong execution and mentorship.

Negotiate from a position of strength while keeping outcomes and client goals front and center
-
Maintain an elevated, concierge-level client experience: proactive updates, clear expectations, and confidence under pressure
-
Collaborate with the team and contribute to improving systems, templates, and workflows
