What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and file a wide range of family-based immigration petitions, including:
• Adjustment of Status (AOS)
• I-130 Petitions
• Waivers (I-601, I-601A)
• U Visas
• SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status)
• DS-260 Consular Processing
• Naturalization (N-400)
• Affirmative Asylum
• VAWA
• I-129F finance visa

• Conduct client intakes and gather supporting documentation.
• Draft USCIS forms, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
• Track deadlines and follow up with clients and government agencies.
• Maintain accurate records in Docketwise and internal systems.
• Communicate with clients in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
• Support documentation of SOPs and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Have strong organizational skills and utilize approved AI tools for process enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on family-based cases.

• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Docketwise and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SharePoint or Monday.com is a plus.

• Language: Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.

• Client-Focused: Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and able to communicate with empathy and clarity.

• Team Player: Works well under supervision and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting $50,000.00 annual salary
• Salary and bonus review after 6 months.
