About Kindly

At Kindly, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and relationship-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Family & Caregiver Training Specialists.

We are currently hiring for two positions, one serving New Jersey (bilingual) and one serving Pennsylvania.

This role is responsible for onboarding and training new caregivers, facilitating required certifications and recertifications, conducting field-based training and support visits, and serving as a trusted resource to both caregivers and families. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, mentoring, and building meaningful relationships. This individual should be comfortable working independently in the field, supporting caregivers in real-world situations, and helping families feel confident in the services they receive.
