Who We're Seeking:

Requirements:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates will be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills and clinical confidence).
- Proficiency in general dentistry and comfort working with pediatric patients (ages 10+).
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar) preferred.
- A strong commitment to infection control and HIPAA compliance.
