Ronald McDonald House Kansas City provides a home away from home for families whose children are receiving medical care in the Kansas City area. We offer lodging, meals, and support so families can stay close to their child during treatment at no cost.

The Role

This is a front desk hospitality position. You’ll welcome families and visitors, help with check-ins and check-outs, give tours, support volunteers, and help keep shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. You are often the first friendly face families meet.

What PRN Means

PRN = as needed.

• No set schedule or guaranteed hours
• Shifts scheduled 1–2 months in advance
• Must work at least two holidays per year
• Flexibility is essential and ability to pick up last-minute shifts is key

Schedule & Location

On-site: 2502 Cherry St., Kansas City, MO
We are open 24/7/365
Shifts include:

• 7:00am–3:00pm
• 3:00pm–11:00pm
• 11:00pm–7:00am

Pay

$16.00–$19.50 per hour, this is the regular rate ($16 per hour and shift differentials as they apply)
