Family House Manager

Overview
Loving family of four in search of a House Manager. We are currently seeking a part-time House Manager and Personal Assistant that can help our family juggle the demands of work, school, and family life as well as perform tasks aimed to maximize the time that our family can spend together. Our ideal candidate loves children, is highly motivated, resourceful, and responsible. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, highly organized, communicates effectively, and is compassionate and professional.

Responsibilities

• Transporting children to and from daycare
• Assisting with meal prep and grocery shopping
• Identifying recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Preparing grocery list
• Ordering curbside and picking up groceries
• Light housework, including but not limited to:
• Laundry and folding clothes (no ironing)
• Wiping down kitchen counters
• Sweeping/vacuuming kitchen floors and common areas
• Unloading and loading dishwasher
• Tidying kids toys, rotating toys, and picking up common areas
• Light cooking for children’s meals and snacks
• Organizing pantry, closets, and kitchen cabinets
• Watering indoor plants
• Miscellaneous errands like dry cleaning, Amazon returns, etc.
• Babysitting or caring for children (as needed)
• Writing thank you notes
• Wrapping gifts

Qualifications

• 18 (+) years with high school diploma
• Driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish speakers welcome
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to multitask
• Detailed oriented
• Familiarity with Microsoft office a plus

Hours

Currently looking for help from 8:00 am - 12:00 three days a week and one afternoon from 1:00-5:00pm. Actual days are flexible as needed and can be negotiated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
