Family Law and Criminal Defense Associate Attorney

Josh Lee and Associates is a small, fast paced law firm in Oklahoma City looking to add a Family Law Associate Attorney that is also willing to assist with our criminal cases as well.

Starting salary is $95,000.00 for candidates with AT LEAST 2 years experience in Family Law practice + BONUS structure ($20,000.00+).

*Average workdays are Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.

We are looking to fill this position with an attorney that has family law experience with the willingness to assist in criminal cases as well. As the family law attorney, the candidate will maintain independent responsibility for all areas of client file management and representation.

Ideal traits for this position include: Effective communicator, hardworking, able to work independently, and most importantly 100% following through on everything. We are looking for a team member as much as an associate that will be able to show our clients that he/she is taking their case personally and can exhibit the ability to reassure the client of this along the way. While 70%+ of your work will be in the family law area, teamwork will often lead to coverage in the area of criminal defense as well and a great deal of assistance is available in growing in this area of practice. A drive to excel along with a high energy to bring to our legal team are the most important qualities we value.
