Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our family law team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution
• Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement discussions

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• 1–3 years of legal experience (family law preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients during emotional or stressful situations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
