We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our busy San Marco practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients navigating complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related issues. The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving, independent personality who values autonomy and client relations. You will play a vital role in managing cases from inception through resolution, ensuring clients receive compassionate and effective legal representation.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of family law statutes and procedures with the ability to apply them effectively in diverse cases
• Excellent legal research skills utilizing Westlaw and LexisNexis for comprehensive case analysis
• Superior legal writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive pleadings and correspondence
• Proven negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for clients outside of court
• Experience with legal drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
